For this project we were assigned a live client, Robert Jones. He wants our class to completely design his unfinished basement. Looking at the image at the top, I have created a mood board of his family's style and there wants and needs in the space. Mr. Jones wants to be different and have something other than painted walls so I came up with wood and metal walls and shiplap in some spaces as well. In the basement Mr. Jones wants two bedrooms, one for his daughter and one for his son. He also wants a small functional gym in its own space, he wants a living space with a fridge incorporated as well. Mr. Jones wants a large bathroom with a large walk in shower and no doors as well as a double vanity sink. With the last corner of the space Mr. Jones wants a little work place for his kids and his work bench as well as storage.
